Along with the basic abilities of a witch (casting spells and brewing potions), Macarena had the power to manipulate reality to transform any object or being into something else.
History
Early life
Macarena was born in Puerto Rico before her youngest sister, Marisol into a family of witches. At some point during or before the 1980s, Macarena's sister, Marisol stole their family's Book of Shadows to keep them safe and ensure that her future daughters would have what they needed when she began having premonitions of her daughters' future struggles as the Charmed Ones. Her family was furious even Mac was angry that her sister left her because they were so close.
Physical Appearance
Macarena was a Latin-American woman with long shoulder-length hair.
Powers and Abilities
Basic Powers:
- Spell Casting: The ability to cast spells and perform rituals.
- Thermokinesis (via spell) - The power to control and manipulate temperature.
- Atmokinesis (also known as Weather Control) - is the ability to manipulate every aspect of weather.
- Healing - the power to regenerate broken cells quickly.
- Potion Making: The ability to brew potions.
Active Powers:
- Transformation - the power to change the appearance of something to make it look like something else. Some witches are capable of using this power through spells, while others can use it as an active power.
Inactive Powers:
- Immunity: Being a witch, Mac is inherently immune to certain magical abilities (e.g. the Sirens' songs and Pixie Dust).
- Resistance: the ability to resist and fight through certain magical abilities and/or spells.

- Fluent in Spanish: Mac can speak Spanish fluently like her niece Mel.
- Dancing: At a young age, Mac dances a lot at parties with her sister, Marisol.
- Lock Picking: Mac is a master at sneaking out like when she and her sister sneak out to a party.
- Artistic skills: Mac is an excellent artist. She likes to paint.

- Mortality: Despite being a witch, Mac is still mortal and still has many of the same weaknesses as non-magical humans (e.g. age, decapitation, disease, heart failure, suffocation, snapped neck, etc.).
Relationships
Family:
- Mac and Marisol: They were close sisters, now estranged siblings being Marisol left her family. She did not know about Marisol's death until her niece Mel told her.
- Mac and Mel: Mel is Mac's second niece. Mel and Mac are very close to each other because she can relate to them the most.
- Mac and Macy: Macy is Mac's first niece. Mac helps Macy with telekinesis power and teaches her how to control that.
- Mac and Maggie: Maggie is Mac's third niece. Mac was very kind towards Maggie and loved her so much.
